Our company history

Mr. Ambalal J Patel the patriarch of the group forayed into the construction business in the year 1975. He started as a government contractor for government projects and then also forayed into construction of residential societies in Ahmedabad together with his sons.

The Arise Group is a family managed business set up in the year 1975. The group has many business interests like mining and related processing and manufacturing. The real estate wing of the group started as land aggregator for large corporates in Gujarat and soon forayed into the real estate construction business. The promotors are technocrat entrepreneurs, who are all well known for their philosophy of business ethics and integrity and innovative thinking philosophy. The organisation has land banks and has completed many well-known residential, commercial and industrial estate projects all over Gujarat.
